Driving Directions

All Emergency Room traffic, including personal vehicles and EMS, must enter from West Moody Street through the new front entrance of the Emergency Department. The previous back entrance to the Emergency Department will be closed as construction moves into its next phase. About This Location

Pearl River County Hospital and Nursing Home provides essential healthcare services for residents of Pearl River County and surrounding communities. As a critical access facility, the hospital offers advanced care and life-saving intervention, along with swing bed rehabilitation and a variety of outpatient services to support patients throughout their recovery. The nursing home is a five-star rated 110-bed facility which is connected to the hospital.

The hospital provides 24/7 emergency care with fully-staffed emergency medicine providers and an advanced life support team trained to respond to medical and traumatic emergencies. Inpatient and observation services include hospitalist care, IV fluids and antibiotics, blood transfusions, and medication administration.

Outpatient services include physical, occupational, and speech therapy, wound care, radiology and laboratory services, infusion therapy, and acute hospital admissions when needed. The Pearl River Family Clinic also offers primary care for patients of all ages, including treatment for acute and chronic conditions, wellness visits, mental health services, physicals, and vaccinations. Billing: What a Hospital Bill Covers

The hospital bill covers the cost of your room, meals, 24-hour nursing care, laboratory work, tests, medication, therapy and the services of hospital employees. You will receive a separate bill from your physicians for their professional services. If you have questions about these separate bills, please call the number printed on each statement.

The hospital is responsible for submitting bills to your insurance company and will do everything possible to expedite your claim. You should remember that your policy is a contract between you and your insurance company and that you have the final responsibility for payment of your hospital bill.
