Students must complete the rotation application to be considered for a rotation. If selected for a rotation, students must submit all required documentation prior to the beginning rotation. Forrest General Hospital must have an affiliation agreement with the student’s medical school in order to provide a rotation experience. Rotations are filled on a first-come basis and limited space is available.
