Premiums are determined by plans chosen.
Premiums are withheld 26 pay-periods.
Some premiums have pre-tax deductions.

Paid Time Off and Sick Time:

Full-Time PTO - Increases with years of service
Full-Time Paid Sick Time - 8 hours per month
Part-Time PTO - Increases with years of service
