This group is a safe, supportive, and confidential space for adults navigating life after traumatic physical injury. Whether your experience is recent or from the past, you are welcome here.
Our goal is to provide a space to share, heal, and grow together through conversation, creativity, and community.
What to Expect:
- A non-judgmental and confidential space
- A group of peers — this is not therapy, but a place to be heard, seen, and supported
- Participation is always voluntary — you can speak, listen, or just observe
- A different theme or activity each meeting
- Opportunities for reflection, grounding, and connection
- Group Agreements
- Confidentiality — what’s shared in the group stays in the group
- Speak from your own experience (“I” statements)
- No advice giving unless asked
- It’s okay to pass — no pressure to share
- Respect others’ stories, emotions, and space
